Why kimsufi & OVH don't provide "add funds" feature?

Almost every WHMCS and other hostings provides "add funds" feature but kimsufi and ovh not.

They also not allow purchase now, start billing later feature as miss discount opportunities often.
the Why?

    Probably so people don't ask for credit refunds. It happens a lot. Maybe some issues that might come with funds applying automatically to the wrong services and making the support queue 2x larger.
