You keep drowning in your own lies my friend.
You just said before that you will provide a refund if I verify the ID. Now you say that it's frozen by Mobilepay? But wait, Mobilepay said they didn't even received it on their end...
can you please link the romanian law you refer to?
you are mobilpay
Please check details of the company before making false accusations in response of defendind fraud.
Even asns are different
Our : https://bgp.he.net/AS50937
Găzduire.ro the one mobilpay uses : https://bgp.he.net/AS20616
You are the first provider on earth to claim that fraud is possible with Bitcoin.
What is your definition of fraud exactly? How chargebacks are possible?
You are just diverting the topic. This doesn't matters at all who owns/hosts Mobilepay.
The fact is that you are scamming a customer and keep his money, even after publicly
proven to lie and invent laws that don't exist.
Maybe you should explain it to the Turkish authorities what bitcoin fraud is.
As I said after we verify your identity the bitcoin would be released back to you.
And now you expose my identity on a public forum? How thoughtful of you.
What I have or don't have to explain to authorities in my country is not your
business. Your business is selling online services, not digging into origins of
my money. Feel free to write to the Turkish authorities about my bitcoin wallet
address and the ID I sent you.
Thanks for submitting ID we will take a look soon and resolve your case.
You maybe resolve this case but Google will index and remember your behavior.
"Shady" is not even a word to describe the way you do business and treat money
that is technically isn't yours. You also have the audacity to ask about the origin
of my bitcoin wallet funds. That's special.
We are respecting Romanian and European laws, feel free to use providers outside our countries.
We asked you for links for those alleged laws.
Many Romanian providers here accept Bitcoins and don't ask for IDs,
especially when a refund is requested.
I am free to use other providers, and I hope others will do so as well after
reading this.
We are asking for identification only if there are irregularities with the costumer info. We are sorry for the situation we are just respecting laws we are not trying to scam anyone because we are Romanians.
To be fair, Gazduirenet is not a dark company, they reply tickets quickly. (this is why I speak for them)
I used to buy VPS there —— paying with PayPal, Unfortunately they did not accept my ID card , and then I got a refund immediately.
I think they will not deliberately falsify the law to deceive customers. Maybe there will be other solutions.
And here it comes even better:
I sent them my passport that expired this January.
This is totally fine for ID verification, but apparently those guys
think they are airport security or border control.
Please note we don't accept expired documents due not being able to verify the authenticity on the EU database.
I am not on any EU database.
Do you have an access to EU database? You are not even part of EU.
And I am not even in an EU non-member country.
Even if the passport is expired, if you had access to any database, it was archived.
Another lie.
Grab popcorn guys, at least I could provide you free laughs at my expense
Expired passports are valid as identification for 5 years in the EU.
LOL
We are part of European Union, please stop being xenophobic.
It's not true.
@cociu can you comment about this nonsense?
This is getting beyond ridiculous.
It's this an fake situation created for sociu?
It seems to be an competitor.
How exactly do a random Romanian hosting provider has access to all EU
database of citizens? Especially after GDPR
Aren't you tired of lying in every 2nd post?
You mentioned Turkey yourself in the correspondence that you copied in your opening comment.
I am a competitor?
I asked you for a refund for 5 days before bringing it to public.
You are the one making dramas.
I'm having to stop replying to you as you are here for the drama for an competitor.
Can you please link to the romanian law you several times refered to?
You look like an ordinary thief right now, I hope you are aware of that?
So just because I ask a normal, non-scammer Romanian hosting provider to
comment on your lies, it makes me a competitor that is affiliated with him?
I mentioned specifically in my opening post why I cannot use them.
This is the home country of the op.
You can go ahead and sue us if you think we are scammers.
