Well it seems like now that alpharacks is gone, there's going to be a lot of Chinese looking for new LA vpns. (And 'enterprising' people looking to sell vpn services)
Unlikely even for VPS.
I hear QuadraNet may have a surplus of unallocated servers in the near future.
