I googled and apparently, there is this 'Anycast Dongle'. Sorry for the first post @OP. Anyway, have a look at this link and tell us what exactly is the problem (not just 'having trouble installing it'). You might also want to contact the seller/manufacturer for support, as LET is clearly not a support channel.
