Does OVH allow Kimsufi transfers now?

I have a promotion price KS-3C (BHS, 3570S) that I am probably going to give up in a week, due to migrating things. It would be a shame to hand it back to OVH for cold storage. I wonder whether OVH allow legitimate transfers of Kimsufi servers now?

Changing the email address will do, but the server cannot be transferred directly to another account. However, it should be noted that after the modification, it is best to open a ticket for the customer service to reset once, otherwise the new email address may not receive the email with the password after reinstalling the system.
