Any suggestions for a dedication Ashburn North Virginia server for a decent price?

Specs I am looking for:
Dual Processor
10TB bandwidth
1GBPS or 10GBPS Uplinks
RAM around 4GB

    Why else would anyone put anything in Ashburn. The only reason I have stuff there at all is because of <1 ms.

    10TB on 10Gbps will cost you hard. And you don't have a drive or IP requirement.

    We have a Ashburn/Herndon location.
    What specs do you require?
    Can we do this for you with a VPS, or do you definitely require Dedicated?
    We can do Dedicated there as well, custom installs, but keep in mind VA is a pretty expensive market...so not going to get as low of pricing as in some other more affordable markets.
