also gonna check this out! thanks

Sure, feel free to try out WISECP. Oh and version 2.0 is about to release, which has significant updates that will completely change WISECP!

    @webcraft said:
Decent offers with lower pricing and I go with your software. $8,62/m > $7/m => not good enough
Certain things can also be optional, like I only need ticket support and WHM integration for a testing project

We will consider our pricing, however after version 2.0 release hopefully you would see that this price would be actually worth it as we have worked on very advanced things such as domain management, new integrations, new payment gateways, new modules, real time support ticket and more things that you'll explore soon!

Has anyone actually tried this out yet? Still haven't seen it in the wild.

You are always welcome to try it out!

Looks promising as your previous product. Still a fan of your UI/design sense.

If you can listen to the feature requests or probably have a feature request tracker and actually implement them then in no time you can win over WHMCS/Blesta.

Also, why not run kind of a refugee offer to attract existing web hosts who are frustrated with WHMCS/Blesta? provide them with free one/two year license to "try" WiseCP and perhaps this would kick in? just a marketing thing you know.

    Good luck!

    Yes please!

We will be actually listening to our customer's feedback and try our best to fulfill their needs. In next version, we will be releasing WISECP Official Community Forums and lot more where you can provide your feedback.

  • so update from actual version to 2.0 will be done automatically? or need to upload all again?.

  • So i may be super noob but. Cant seem to get the trial installed. Do i need to purchase a template in order to use the trail

  • Lol @ the pricing, unbranded for $15 /month. You can literally pick up Blesta at half the price.

Also, you really need to work on the English translations as there's a lot of issues on the demo.

WISECP has an advanced upgrade system, you can upgrade to v2.0 with a single click!
    Here's documentation: https://www.docs.wisecp.com/en/kb/upgrade

You do not need to purchase anything in order to use a demo. Once you get a demo, you will get the files. Just upload them to your web-server and install it like a normal web application.

I respect your opinion. Prices will be re-considered, however we will have resellers in future providing license at an affordable price.

I agree with English translations, we have been working on it for sometime now and hopefully they will be fixed in a new version, v2.0 which is about to release.

    Thanks for your feedback!

  • Once you do get round to offering more competitive pricing and better translations it may also be worth developing an importer for WHMCS/ClientExec/Blesta. Making the transition to your system easier will be sure to win some brownie points.

Just saw the English localization and it’s awful.

Definitely needs work (like you said) and at $15/mo, you might as well go with WHMCS/Blesta.

    Thanked by 1Ympker

We already have an importer for WHMCS, even though if importer isn't present for other billing platforms, it is also possible to import domains automatically from the developed registrar module, e.g Namesilo, Namecheap. Same goes for cPanel/WHM accounts that can be imported automatically with one click into WISECP!

  • We use Blesta and at a super cheap price, a stable product, good support when we need it it's an absolute steal for us in terms of price. For us to move anywhere and I suspect many others we'd need a working importer. Fully appreciate you've only developed an importer for WHMCS as it's the most widely used system, but there are other companies using different systems.

I agree! Currently we are focusing more on modules, payment gateways, domain registrars. However importers are also planned!

  • well i have tested it and is ok, but need to check final price, and how to remove the main pages, i already have my site, dont need that.

Main pages can be removed easily from settings. You will just have to delete the pages in current version, delete header etc in order to just use client area.

However, in next version v2.0, by default there will be just WClient - WISECP Client ONLY. In which you would not require anymore to delete any pages etc. Additionally, if any user would like to have a website along with client area, then they can enable it through settings.

I might buy a lifetime licence. What is the yearly fee for support and updates?

Also, you said for v2 you will offer some special promotion, when is this?

Don't forget Blesta Lifetime Owned has even lifetime support &updates included unlike WHMCS. To be fair Blesta Discord is basically free support without the need of ever renewing your support.

No yearly fees for support and updates. Lifetime license has lifetime support and updates.
You are right about v2.0 discount, we have just posted the thread about it ;)
