Looking for minimally Windows-capable KVM
I'm looking for a cheap, minimally Windows-capable KVM (1cpu, 2GB ram, 25GB disk) that supports custom ISOs, for testing purposes (so live support and ultra-high availability are unimportant). Hourly billing a big plus. US data center preferable but not critical. Using Vultr atm, but it gets a bit pricey.
