Need anyone who can manage my server
I have dedicated server and run some vps on it. I'll host my webpages that vps servers, and i wanted to get someone, who can manage my server at a normal price. I'm running on runcloud.io, but this support is very slowly and not good for me.
So i wanted to get someone, that can manage my servers and wordpress webpages, and if i have problem, he can done quickly.
I don't insist on the runcloud system, just need a good partner, that can we could cooperate for a long time.

Sorry, my english is not very good, but try to get anyone who can manage my vps server.
I have about 15-20 websites, that is running on wordpress. I wanted to run everything in one server, now there are in 4-5 vps.
Sometimes need to setup for about better performance or anything is down and so...

His request isn't that strange, I currently manage a bunch of servers for people pretty much exactly like what OP is talking about.
Not everyone knows how to maintain their servers but are savvy enough to know what they want done and can justify offloading those tasks to someone else.

There are proper ways to hire an admin and asking a random stranger on a place like LET is, like I said in the first post, it has a disaster written all over it. It can work but the risk is much higher.
The proper way would be either asking his host or there are third party admins out there who specialize in it.
Well you have a good point, due diligence comes into play. These people usually have a high business sense and a lack of technical ability, it doesn't make them stupid or anything, and probably have a better chance of not getting screwed than the average nerd.
The risk is high, but LET is a high risk environment. Having said that, many members here are competent and trustworthy, just like the hosts that advertise, it's a matter of taking a risk that you won't get scammed.
You and I wouldn't hire someone, we know what we're doing. A lot if not the majority of people don't though.
You can't speak of due diligence and then accept that asking a random stranger without pedigree is a valid thing to do.

If I go to a specific person, that's no longer a random stranger but a specific stranger.
There is a gap between asking for a random stranger on a forum and asking a specific stranger for a job. The latter has intent. The former is being clueless.

If your websites do not require a custom setup, why don't you use reseller hosting?
If you need custom setup, get a managed server from a provider who will support you in configuring the environment. If you do not go for the cheapest provider, many will be happy to help.
