PowerDNS + PowerAdmin NameServer Problem !

hi friends,

i host some of my domain DNS with PowerDNS. now i need to change the NameServer of some domain to different. how can i do it.

now my domain point to ns1.mydnsserver.tld & ns2.mydnsserver.tld and it successfully point to my server and now i can manage host records using poweradmin. i need to change nameservers into ns1.hostingsite.tld & ns2.hostingsite.tld ... is this possible to do using poweradmin.

  • Why don't you set up two A-records at your PowerDNS, typically pointing to ns1.hostingsite.tld and ns2.hostingsite.tld?

    NAME: ns1.hostingsite.tld
    Type: A
    Content: here.goes.the.ip.of.the.hostingserver

    NAME: ns2.hostingsite.tld
    Type: A
    Content: here.goes.the.ip.of.the.hostingserver

If you did not meant this, you should specify you're question some more.

Don't forget to have your provider set your RDNS properly :)
