There is BlackNight Internet Solutions. But they are quite expensive for what you get. Would something in Manchester not do as there is quite good routing to Ireland.

Well that's one out of the window. I just remembered @dediserve has a Ireland location its a bit pricey. Ow yeah Amazon Lightsail might be ok for you as well.
Oops sorry @Falzo I never refreshed the page before suggesting Litesail.
AWS Lightsail might be your best bet, afaik 4GB is $20 ... or ping @dediserve and see if he is willing to price-match aws for a 4GB instance, last 50% discount has been on blackfriday ;-)
