Anyone having trouble with OVH this morning? Can connect via the portal IPMI, but pings to the server's IP is resulting in 25% packet loss or more. This server is a BHS-5 in Canada.
Their support number just rings busy.

Summerhost. They probably bunked. Hope you have backups!
Looks like the issue is resolved. I've been getting away from them because their support is terrible and I have my own racks at a nice data center, just have a few stragglers that are difficult to move. Always have backups!
I had issues (network + perhaps hardware) from 2 AM - 10 AM BHS time. It seems ok now. Nothing on status page.
Only issues I've seen are with people that have permanent mitigation or the network firewall enabled. Disabled and traffic is fine. It's why I never use it.
