  I think Radic at ReliableSite has some cheap dedi offers in NY/LA/MIA, There is usually at least one within the $30 mark (maybe slightly above)

  EDIT2:
  Just checked. Nothing under $50, however there was one last month, so perhaps worth giving him a shout and seeing if he can still do something in that general price area.
