I'm looking for a very cheap Windows VPS.
Access should be via mstsc from another Windows with an IPV4 provider.
IP in France if possible. Not a problem if IP is shared with other people.
Must be able to install my own .exe (about 500 mb RAM for it)
Doesn't need to have a lot of disk space, good gpu or good bandwidth

Get a slice from @Francisco in Luxembourg (of course that's not easy). The 1G should be fine if you're really not going to be running anything else besides your EXE.
