ws.ttlbd.net isn't an OVH domain. That's going to be an extension. Just because all of the cookies are OVH (which not all of them are here) doesn't mean an extension isn't causing the issue.
EDIT: In other news I got one of these when they were 34.99 via the flash sale and I've been enjoying it. Same setup fee at that time.
