Configure WHM server for high traffic

Hello folks

i would like to request you all to please help me in configuring my WHM
i have 5k+ con-current connections and my server Go down :(

Server Details are:
CPU: Intel Bi Xeon E5630 (8 cores / 16 Threads)
Frequency: 2x 2.53GHz
RAM: 256 GB DDR3 ECC Registered
Hard disk: 2x 600GB SAS
Connection 10 Gbps Lossless

    Use APC , nginx, varnish ?

    Install Munin stats on plugins options to see what is crashing.

    If someone is Expert in WHM and cpanel and know exactly and if he can fix my issues i ll pay him...
