Getting VZQUOTA running on an openvz container
Hello Guys,
VZQuota is not running on our containers.
We have installed Vrtualizor with ploop
vzquota on 120 -s 1
vzquota : (error) Can't open quota file for id 120, maybe you need to reinitialize quota: No such file or directory
I checked /var/vzquota/ directory and it's empty as well.
#grep -i QUOTAUGIDLIMIT /etc/sysconfig/vz-scripts/120.conf
QUOTAUGIDLIMIT="20000"
grep DISK_QUOTA /etc/vz/vz.conf
DISK_QUOTA=yes
What should I do to resolve this issue?
NODE OS is CentOS 6.5
Comments
have you tried turning it off and on again?
Check if the kernel supports it.
If not change the config and recompile.
EDIT2:
Then turn it on and off again.

EDIT4:
Have you tried to turn it off and off again?
Protip: Look up how to enable quotas under OpenVZ. You have to setup containers correctly.
Too easy.
Yes I did but did not work. Reminds me of IT Crowd.
fire exclamation mark.
Will try this
I guess there are lots of IT Crowd fans here.
