Quickpaket LLC website portal and servers all show down !
30 min ago my server with QPS show down. I try to open ticket on their portal but i notice it also down. What happen with QPS ?

It's back t o online after 45 min downtime. QPS is good provider but I am really sad to see this downtime without any notice !

Seems that not all servers are affected at Quickpacket. Some are up while others are down.
Move to CC ASAP.
Is their website and support system on their own network? No so good.
Yes. It's already back to online.
Which CC provider able to match the QPS pricing for me ?
It was only a few cabinets that were offline, not everything, and only one location (Charlotte).
It was a router line card giving us issues. Line card rebooted; we are monitoring.
Calm down. It only was a joke.

QPS is a reputable provider. Network issues do happen. Downtime is frustrating though, but can happen anywhere. May be a good idea to get some geo redundancy going
