We already have various Windows Server ISO, you can request mount by opening a ticket.

We don't charge for adding ISOs manually, except on 1 plan that was very limited stock for $7/year. That doesn't apply here.

Yes, it was provisioned. The error was on my part, choosing only 3 letter hostname and WHMCS failed to provision as the minimum required is 4
