If you look at the opening comment of

Remember that during BF/CM, some of the rules didn't apply, but this was exceptional.

Pack 4 price is showing as $10 instead of the advertised price of $7 and the CPU core is 2 instead of 4 (4 Cores Double CPU FREE), it was $7 and 4 cores initially when you first made the post.
Maybe because the offer ended?
