Nephoscale 256MB KVM free 1 year trial in Coresite SanJose (Nephoscale is owned by Silicon Valley Web Hosting who have been around since the mid 1990's). Very stable with no downtime since I've been using them.. The only negative is bandwidth on the free trial is limited to 50GB outgoing per month (outgoing bandwidth above.50GB costs $0.10 per GB)
