Just installed centos and want to know disk information (raid 1 samsung ssd). I got this

That will be the RAID controller. Have a look at the "LSI MegaRAID SAS RAID controller " entry on https://www.smartmontools.org/wiki/Supported_RAID-Controllers to see if that helps.
