Sorry, there is no reward for report. The issue is that you ordered using a VPN, which the system marked as fraud. As you had credit with us, the system applied the credit to the invoice, as it attempts to use credit to make a payment immediately. This looks to be an issue with the billing system, that we will report to the authors, but is not a standard issue, as most clients who perform fraud orders do not have credit.
