    If I use an ImpactVPS server for pihole/VPN while checking out, would that likely flag something for being on VPN? Or is that usually certain VPN providers? I ended up disconnecting and placing the order, which used cell IP, but lost a few minutes to do that.

    I had it running in a VM and the Windows folder alone was 13GB, not including any of the other stuff (Program data, User folders, etc.).

    Out of the box it uses 9GBs. Not sure how much with updates. Just enabled Windows Update.

    Yeah, with updates I'd recommend no less than 15GB
