I already got quote for a US/Paris server for $65-75 per month.
PS: I have a 16gb ram server and need root to root migration as well.

Cpanel on it's own for a dedicated server is around $40/mo, which means you're looking for a dedicated managed server for $25?? I wish you good luck.
