Your welcome mail might be in spam or something. Another user opened a ticket asking for login information and later able to find it when they searched in their email for specific phrases (Try searching "Login: https://solusvm.virmach.com/login.php").
As for the double charge I had the same thing happened to me. @VirMach said to open a trouble ticket and then PM him the number. Seems like their order processing system have been hiccuping so he's taking the time of now to try and fix it.
