CERT DNS Records

plumbergplumberg Veteran, Megathread Squad

We need to add CERT record in the DNS records for a domain. (Refer: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_DNS_record_types).

We need this accomplished for an ongoing project. The project requires the "Security/Trust Agent" (our application), be able to discover digital certificates using the DNS as well as LDAP. The DNS Resource Records should be associated with a domain. RFC 4398 provides mechanisms to associate a domain name to a certificate record. Among the available ways, we need to utilize "Direct Address-Bound Certificates To Domain Name".

We need information on how this can be achieved. Please advise accordingly.

Any one can help me setup these CERT records? Any one provides Cert DNS records?
