I would like to know which is better in peering to europe and USA, Ukraine Datacenter or Hetzner germany .

    Wouldn't that depend a lot on the specific ukrainian DC/AS?
    I mean, what is better: some other car, or a VW Golf? ;-)

    If they have fantastic routing it might be better than hetzner. It's just not likely.
