I have had vps with them and in general very pleased but vps got suspended and being trtying to contact them and everyone is mia no response for 2 days now.

you sent email or open a ticket? afaik their email has not worked for months. should tag them here in that case.
All my tickets were taken care of, but sometimes not in a very timely fashion. Try replying to your ticket every couple of days.
I think the only time a ticket wasn't answered within 24 hours was on a weekend.
I agree. Ticket replies are not very quick. Usually they take around 24 to 48 hours to respond.
