Dedicated Server with many Cores and RAM

I need a Dedicated Server with -at least- 16 Cores and 16 GB RAM, in a proportion 1:1 about.
The cheapest the better ! The more cores, the better.
I am really looking for the lowest price $/core possible. Network and HDD not relevant.

My plan is to build a machine running Android 7 , for every 1core/1gb ram combination.
On each Android I will use an apk that must stay opened at full screen all the time.
The concept is that I should run as many as Android 7 machines as possible.

    Sounds legit, lol. Although you could try Scaleway C1's for this. 4 cores for 3 euro (2 euro with no public internet, route out through another server). Just 2gb ram each though.

    Go and look for device farm. You can safe better with actual device and easier to manage. Or build a lab for that, no need to be in DC.
