Looking for a backup/storage server
Hello,
We are looking for a backup/storage server with the following requirements:
CPU: Any (E3, E5, etc)
RAM: 8GB or better
SSD: 1x 128gb
HD: 4x8tb or better
HW Raid: Yes
IPMI: Yes
Bandwidth: 50tb at 1Gbps or better
Location: USA preferably Dallas, TX
We have an identical server at Reliablesite but we need more bandwidth and storage thus a need for a new server. Budget is $150-$200/mo

if I remember correctly they banned here.
I don't think that it's a problem for someone to suggest them in reply to a request.
Limestone Networks, QuadraNet, GTHost, or Psychz might be able to accommodate to your needs.
I guess not a problem to recommend them, although why you would recommend a complete bunch of wankers that treat customers like shit on a regular basis is beyond me.
ioflood would be able to do this under budget I suspect if Phoenix AZ is an option.

To be clear, you want the SSD as boot drive, then the rest as storage? (5x drive total?)
