Suggestions for video streaming with DRM

Anyone has tried a service that lets you upload, encode and stream (with multi-DRM) videos, and charges as per actual download/encoding.

Azure media services looks perfect, but its not available in my country.

    Are you looking for premium service or just transcoding piece? Azure and AWS has something to start with.

    Look at bitmovin, brightcove, etc for premium segment.

    DRM is such a PITA that it almost always causes more problems than it solves. If the idea is to make it near impossible for your videos to be downloaded, a streaming server might be an option. We are currently looking into such a solution for a customer.

    Would help to know the country as there are a few countries that US Corps can't do business in.
