Looking for a dedi with good single thread performance.

Looking for an dedi somewhere in the EU. It needs to have good single thread performance, with at least six cores. Under £200 preferably. I was looking at one with a xeon w-2145, but I don't know if an i7 would be worth the extra cost for single thread performance. Any ideas much appreciated, thanks.

You easly find E5-1650V3 (3.5 Ghz base clock) 128gb ram on hetzner auction for 50 bucks
Or cheapper is i7 3th or 4th generation on 20-30 bucks..
