I need a price recommendation for this vps on just reliable hostings.
I believe it will be around 50-60usd/month.

Cpanel would cost you just 15$, The VPS because is fully managed probably 40$.
I dont think someone will offer you wp optimzation, but you can try finding one.
Netherlands price will be higher than USA, probably you can find whole stuff for 50-70$

hey @folom trying to start over new? doesn't work so well...
We can do at both places for around 40~45 per month.
If you want the cores dedicated it'll be around $60 for the vps alone then $12 for cpanel.
In our case we would inckude management in that.
