Hi, Currently I am using 5x 2GB VPS Droplets for hosting my client's application, I am paying around 50$ per month, is there any way I can get more RAM for the same cost?

2 Servers are for Indian clients,
others for US clients
Can't do more ram but our slices would be $35/month for 5x2gb

London might be an acceptable compromise for the Indian clients (Clouvider DC (London location) now has tata peering.
Generally, you won't find better deals from a reputable provider in India.
Moving your instances that are in North America to another provider is probably your solution at cutting costs.

If Hetzner cloud accepts your signup, then that is the cheapest quality host option (EU only though)
