vps-rdp.com was the worst ever hosting I experienced.
Last month I experienced the worst thing a hosting provider can do to you.
They re-imaged my server without asking for permission.

They do not provide control panels for you to reboot or check your server.
They reply after 5-6 hours.
And guess what? It happened to me today again.
The server suddenly stop working and I reported thru ticket.
After 8 hours someone replied that my server was re-installed together with new login information.

Both tickets were closed without any answer.

I have some backups but not all.
Of course it will have a rollback in database.
Next thing is set up time to make your files and web page work.
I though the first issue was just a mistake. I have no idea at all that it could happen again.
Any specific reason why you chose this provider? Did they have promo like 4GB VPS for 5 USD/yr?
With all due respect, they provide good performance servers for a cheap price.
I know that there are some consequences about that.

I just read all your tickets. You handled your "important database" to an seemingly unreliable company and you claimed you did not make any backup. Who the heck would do that? I even backup my tentacle hentai collection in case I suddenly feel guilty about it and decide to delete them all.
I did some backup but still there will be a roll back even if you backup your database every hour there will still be a roll back which will frustrate your clients especially if it is a game server. The point is they re-install your server without any notice.
