serverloft doesn't provide dedicated 1gbps
The best I can suggest is to get an SP-32 from OVH, it's within your budget, but you get about 500mbps, w/ 1gbps burst
You need to increase your budget ... it's not gonna happen within your budget.
With that budget, 1Gbps unmetered is not realitisc, but 100TB on 1G is possible, contact Leaseweb and they may offer that for you
Probably 1G shared port it is OK for OP.
