I am looking for vps provider who can provide dedicated port speed of 200 Mbits or more on preferably OVZ then KVM vps.

Yes price to be less than 6-7 dollars per month.

Datacentres - any but not US.

Please put down If there are some offers.

    Problem with them is only credit card payment is available and my debit card doesn't work on it,i tried several times,it has limitations but It can make PayPal payments.This limitations keep Scaleway off option.

    Yes that is possible but I don't like using credit card I can't keep track.twice it happened that my salary vanished in no time.so I closed my card years ago.

    Then create a credit card with a low limit.

    For online usage, I only use my low limit card (1,000).

    Wanted a lower one but bank didn't have one.

    Sounds is very hard and with some excuses that no one is bothered here.

    The debit card (Visa and MasterCard) accepted everywhere!

    I refuse to use debit. Anything that's linked to my bank isn't something I'd rather use in public.
