Hello guys! I am so happy to be here. You helped me much in the past and maybe you can figure things out this time:)
I need Proxy 1Gbit 10Tb/month in China with good speed across the country and ability to connect to outer world.

Try Alibabacloud. But China and high speed a high traffic are incompatible things.
What one need is $. If you have got tons of that, someone will definitely make them compatible.

3TB for $50 is pretty cheap. Get 4 of them and it only costs you $200. That's a steal.
A 100Mbps colocation typically costs $100 per 1U in China. That's also an option for you.
BTW we are just talking about the bandwidth and traffic pricing. VPS itself costs almost nothing.

May be YardVPS as a option, not in mainland but 16Gb RAM with 16Tb traffic on 100Mbps for $80 a best deal for him.

if I recall correctly , Alibaba cloud is limited to 30Mbps , and I doubt if you can use 30Mbps 24/7 without being capped
