Okay, I guess you don't update links frequently or provide better checkout information. Okay thanks. Lost again.

  • Not a great week for the server I bought from vpsrus. Their network (or dacentec i guess judging by the mtr?) is really messed up.

    Terrible service.

I got a server that belongs to someone else: "Server.amzadchowdhury.com"

I asked why, never got a response.

They took 4 days to provision the dedicated server. I asked them to change invoice date to next month's invoice date to reflect the delay (e.g. make the next invoice same day as when I got server login details).

They never gave me root access.

CPU is problematic. I'm getting 10% error rate on BOINC work tasks when 1% error rate is normal.

We have answered all your tickets

Letsupport will not solve the problem this was caused by outside network hops not us and they fixed already have you try it again?

I have all the tickets answered to you I can post anytime here, you fail to read your support ticket for the answers and went straight to PayPal chargeback.

Yes, blame the customer when you fail to do your work.

I only asked for $20 back because I'm not a thief and gladly pay for server time even though the CPU is defective.

First I am not blaming you, I have all the information and our conversation in a support ticket and you should contact us before initiate a PayPal dispute.
