Hello Need some help urgently.
my clients are opening support Tickets but i don't see them in my WHMCS dashboard!
How can i solve the problem?

You have no problem since you aren't seeing anything.

What version of WHMCS are you using? Did the issue happen after you updated WHMCS?
You might not have assigned your user to that department.
i had this problem durring almost 6 month , whmcs team was tarding this yes is fix it. Finaly i hope my problem is resolved bacause after all this stupid issue i am reserved to be sure.
Have you assigned the specific department to yourself? Also, is this for a hosting business?
Try buying a WHMCS license.
