  ed: I think that's not quite good enough for me, would need something like 10 Mbps. But this 'Safat' data center clue helped a lot. I guess maybe contacting something like mbskuwait.com or such may yield some good results. I want to be happy customer #318.

  Maybe some asg-me.com, can't say I'm too enthused about website ..

  Hmm, serversinasia prices are mostly designed for the people who don't bother to make enough research/build up connections and simply pay the price.
