Thanks to @WebProject project for contributing the shared hosting plans, and to @hawc for selecting me to receive one! I'd like to give mine to another recipient though, since I'm unlikely to make any good use of it. I have too many idle VPS already and don't want to start accumulating shared hosting as well ;-). I'm guessing it's a matter of prize mismatch, with a bunch of posters getting something they don't need or have already too many of (read: idling servers) and another bunch who actually wants them.
