Providers who would import a vzdump

Hello,

actually I have a dedicated atom server here. For simple migrating I have installed everything in openvz-containers.

I wonder if there are providers where I could send them my vzdump and they would import it into a solusvm vps, or similar and I could use it.

Or would it be better, if I rent a kvm-vps, install openvz things and import + run it there?

  • This should not be a issue for any decent provider.
It requires a few minutes work and some checkups, Nothing major.

Are you looking for a provider or just wanting answers from everyone.

Let us know preferred locations, Budget, Etc..

  • We're open to the process, too.

I would take it, but really just rsync the data in of the whole container, no help needed

  • I can tell from your post you aren't wanting to move, but just for your research I'll let you know that we would do this.
