I spend 33€ for my Hetzner server + 3.50€ for the BuyVM vm that provides IP masking and DDoS protection to it.
I have 4 domains and they're all ~20€/year to renew.

Less than 1tb, I mostly use inbound bandwidth that's not counted in both Hetzner and BuyVM.
I use wireguard to create a VPN between all of my servers. Then, it depends on the service i'm trying to proxy, but I usually use haproxy. This way I don't expose my real ip to the outside and abuse notices go to BuyVM instead of Hetzner, not causing my server to be shut down instantly
I also also run wireguard on my home network and phone, this way I always have my servers available privately and don't have to expose their ssh port. Every packet to 10.0.0.0/24 gets automatically routed to the VPN
