SCP or RFT upload (remotely) server backups to 1fichier?

Since 1fichier's promo begins I and most other server owners needs to know how can we remotely upload huge backups to 1fichier via scp, rft or rsync.
Is there any step by step way for it?
Or we should first download it to an rdp and reupload it to 1fichier?

    they have ftp, and speed pretty not bad. It's not a default FTP, it's just a method to upload, it will not make a folders. Also, make sure that you able to GET files from the server to restore.
