the offer description says prices are available during summer on each day temperature hits at least 25°C at their place or something like that...

order links for the VPS: https://www.netcup-offers.eu/bestellen/produkt.php?produkt=2203 and https://www.netcup-offers.eu/bestellen/produkt.php?produkt=2204

essentially a bit cheaper for those thingies, probably not a bad thing ;-)

Why do all providers based in foreign countries like Germany have such good offers? Why can’t there be offers like these in the US :(

SSDnodes has still that 16Gb RAM VPS for $7.99

    https://www.ssdnodes.com/pricing/

    That sounds quite sweet.

    On a 3-year contract, which makes your initial invoice = $287.99 ;-)

    Thanked by 1NanoG6
  • .de domain for 1.68€ / year is quiet cheap.
Even with additional 1€ for setup

I know, it's lots of money upfront, but the VPS was tested here and came out as really good. Or did you question that buying a 3 year contract from a 7 year old company is sort of risky. I agree. BTW, if you chose 1 years it's $9.99/m - still a really good deal for 16Gb.

I'm going OT here but: know what, for the longest time, I'm unable to get a clear assessment of SSDnodes as most of what I read about them are a mixed bag. Having said that, yeah, 3 years is a little too long for me for comfort, considering how fast developments are in this industry.
