I know, it's lots of money upfront, but the VPS was tested here and came out as really good. Or did you question that buying a 3 year contract from a 7 year old company is sort of risky. I agree. BTW, if you chose 1 years it's $9.99/m - still a really good deal for 16Gb.
I'm going OT here but: know what, for the longest time, I'm unable to get a clear assessment of SSDnodes as most of what I read about them are a mixed bag. Having said that, yeah, 3 years is a little too long for me for comfort, considering how fast developments are in this industry.
