    If you double your budget (i.e. increase it by 1 EUR) you'll find something decent at UltraVPS.

    Well, I already have such a config somewhere else in Europe already but I need one with a German location too.

    Only their 18€ one is still available.

    i still got a arubacloud vps in DE, for 12/year, pretty happy with that :)

    Even slightly cheaper than the regular 2 EUR/month VPS offered on their website.
    I doubt it'll make a real difference at all if you pay 12 or 18 EUR per year for something. I mean, that's if you bother buying 2-3 coffee more or less - within a whole year. I know this is LET, but at some point... :)
