Large VPS providers with servers in Ohio?

Max price for their most basic plan must also be $5. The only requirement for the most basic plan is that it has 1 IPv4 and it runs.
I know of Amazon, however I would prefer to have a host that offers both Cleveland/Columbus/Cincinnati/etc and Los Angeles, and Amazon only offers Columbus. Does anyone know of a host that offers that? Would prefer a large VPS provider just so I know they will stay around and are reliable, but if there are smaller guys offering it I will definitely consider.

There is Vultr, which is close. They have locations in Chicago, New Jersey, Los Angeles and Silicon Valley (and more).
Unfortunately Ohio has been a bit of a dead spot. I keep an eye out hoping something pops up, but it might come down to me doing something on my own one day.

If those were a bit cheaper they would look great. Surprised to see a host with two Ohio based locations!
This is a good provider with solid network and hardware. We like em'.
Based on how many times your ips change you must really hate lots of Lowend providers

They don't have servers in Ohio, which is my only requirement.
