I am looking for providers of quality VPS/VDS in Germany. (Interwerk or Accelerated data centers.)
It should not be OpenVZ or LXC virtualization type. My payment method is credit/debit card. I do not have a payment method other than that. (Interwerk or Accelerated data centers, there is no other data center.) I look forward to your offers and providers.

All our servers are KVM-based and we do accept credit / debit cards.

Why Do you search offers in this specific datacenters?
We got a few VM (KVM based) offers in both of them, but we will leave Interwerk as location in August and move to myloc wich is much better datacenter and also got a connection to Voxility.

I would avoid Interwerk, in the past, they lied to the customers, having "Diesel" onsite, but after a big fuckup in FRA (powerloss) the datacenter was offline, because there was no diesel generator.
If you want something premium, head with providers in Equinix, Telehouse, Interxion.
Good alternatives: First-Colo, Globalswitch, e-shelter, Aixit

That's true, personally I wouldn't recommend you to start with myLoc. I heared bad stories about rack-colo there.
